GET /list_vat

To get a list of vat.

/list_vat?token=XXXX&active_type=active

field	description
token	Credentials provided by Powersoft that allow access to the API
active_type	'active' = Only the active vat. 'inactive' = Only the inactive vat. 'all' = All the vat (active and inactive)
