GET /list_vat_groups

To get a list of vat groups.

/list_vat_groups?token=XXXX&active_type=active

field	description
token	Credentials provided by Powersoft that allow access to the API
active_type	'active' = Only the active vat groups. 'inactive' = Only the inactive vat groups. 'all' = All the vat groups (active and inactive)
